Do warranties transfer?
Where applicable, manufacturer warranties apply and are passed through to the customer, subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
Do you source from marketplaces?
Yes, where it improves availability, speed or total delivered cost. We maintain an audit trail and provide consolidated documentation. For critical or compliance-sensitive items we source via OEM/authorised channels; for general operational supplies we may use marketplaces where appropriate.
How does pricing work?
We quote a delivered price based on product availability, lead time, route selection and any customs requirements. We keep pricing lean, aim to be highly competitive and provide options where available.
